1. This Friday 10-28-2022 at 06:30 a leap from ancient times

3. Complete cross-country marathon. in the area of rolling hills. Combined with wonderful singles in a natural grove and fast white trails. There will also be shorter distances. 

4. The running area - Mount Horshan (between Amikam and Bat Shlomo)

5. Beginning and ending in Mei Kedem (near Amikam).06:00 The runners must be ready for the briefing

6. Jump at 06:30

7. Cut off - 6 hours

8. Navigation - first priority - by clock (files will be published later). Basic marking in the field. Marshals at important intersections.

9. GPX navigation file for the lap 21 km

10. The Garmin coffee file 21 km

11. Garmin file 12 km

12.  This is not a race. And there is no organized time measurement. But there is Strava and there are watches and there will be a podium and prizes. and will be happy. You are invited to run fast or slow, as you like.

13. Stations every 13 km at most. with food and drink.

14. Mandatory equipment - vest + 2 liters of water. Clock with track. Phone with emergency numbers. proper nutrition. First aid.
